The suspense is building up day by day and more and more names are cropping up as the D day (‘Bigg Boss 4’) approaches. After Pamela Anderson, the next hottie to join the house is Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle (People, its again just a rumor). Well, Salman Khan is the host of ‘Bigg Boss 4’. No wonder the producers are wooing her.
News is also that Sangeeta Bijlani, Sallu’s ex-flame former Indian skipper Mohammad Azharuddin, is also likely to enter the Big Boss house.
However, actor Ashmit Patel, has already spilled the beans. He tweets, “…A week to go for BB. Hope ur mobile is ready to vote :-) ”

Meeeeowwwww to the Cat Woman track from ‘Golmaal Returns’. Its already a chartbuster. This is not it. ‘Golmaal 3′ will also have Kareena Kapoor doing a Shakira on audiences.
Bebo’s character in ‘G3′ is tomboyish sort. She’ll be seen sporting harem pants, vest and a cartload of bangles, swaying to all those ‘Waka Waka’ moves of the Colombian sex belle.
States Kareena in a tabloid chat, “My director Rohit Shetty told me to drop all my defences and go all out to do the title track in a very sensuous manner. My audience expects to be sexy at least in the song and dance numbers. So, I’ve gone ahead and done some hip shaking that is a cross between ‘Waka Waka’ and ‘Hips Don’t Lie’. The choreographer Ganesh Archarya added some of those typical Bollywood moves to the song, but there is this extra hip swing that I think is very hot.”

One of the most awaited films this year is Farah Khan’s ‘Tees Maar Khan’ set to release on 24th December starring Akshay Kumar, Akshaye Khanna, Katrina Kaif, Raghu Ram, Rajiv Laxman, Arya Babbar, and Anil Kapoor. Akshay plays the role of Tabrez Mirza Khan, Katrina portrays Anya and Akshaye Khanna plays Atish Kapoor. The movie’s soundtrack has been composed by Vishal-Shekhar and lyrics are written by Javed Akhtar.
The story revolves around a criminal who cons and steals fearlessly and shamelessly. He is an international criminal and his gang comprising of Dollar, Soda and Burger. The story takes a gripping turn when international antique smugglers, the Johri Brothers, assign Tees Maar Khan the task of robbing antiques worth 500 crore rupees from a heavily guarded moving train.
The special attraction of the film is the item song by Salman Khan and her off and on love Katrina Kaif.

‘Jhalak Dhikhhla Jaa’ will have Madhuri Dixit dance…

The latest buzz in the industry is that the cine diva, Madhuri Dixit is being wooed by the organizers of the telly show Jhalak Dhikhhla Jaa to make a special appearance in the show’s upcoming fifth season.
Madhuri was last seen in the Bollywood musical Aaja Nachle which had her playing a US-returned dancer reviving her old and defunct dance school in a small town in India. The film, sadly, had come a cropper at box office, but Madhuri’s dance prowess had shone through.
To cash in on this Madhuri magic the makers of Jhalak Dhikhhla Jaa 5 have approached the actress to appear on the show and even dance on stage.
Negotiations are still going on as Madhuri lives in the US. However, we hear that the actress is interested in making her first appearance on an Indian television dance show.
After all, the public still hasn’t forgotten her Ek Do Teen magic.

Bhansali showers praises on Aish and Hrithik

Sanjay Leela Bhansali can’t stop praising Aishwarya Rai enough. At the unveiling of the first look of his upcoming film Guzaarish, starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya, at Cinemax on Thursday, Bhansali told mediapersons that he gets thrilled by working with Ash.
“Aishwarya is my muse, my jaan and I get terribly excited when I make a film with her because she is very, very special. Some people are timeless and Aishwarya will be there for another 20 years,” Bhansali said.
Guzaarish is Bhansali’s third film with Ash. Earlier he has worked with her in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Devdas.
Not just Ash, Bhansali even went on to heap praises on Hrithik.
“I have never enjoyed working with any other actor as much as I have enjoyed working with Hrithik, just for the kind of talent he has, for the kind of person he is,”Bhansali gushed.
“This was a very special film for us. We are glad to share this special piece of work with you before we reveal it to the rest of the world,” Aishwarya told reporters.
Also introducing Monikangana Dutta, Guzaarish is set to release on November 13.

head of the Ram Janmabhoomi- Babri Masjid verdict, a host of Bollywood celebrities have come together to appeal people to maintain peace and harmony and not be swayed by aggressive sentiments or elements if not happy with the verdict.
Superstar Shahrukh Khan too has stepped in by saying that God doesn’t reside in manmade monuments.
“Allah, God, Bhagwan in whichever name we pray to the supreme power, resides in man’s heart, not in man-made houses for Him,” SRK wrote on microblogging site Twitter.
The actor said any belief should first take root in the heart.
“I mean first our beliefs should take seed and grow in our hearts and then only we should manifest that in places of prayer and God,” the actor tweeted.
In the light of the Commonwealth Games he added that it’s easier to demolish than to build.
“I hope we Indians realise how difficult it is to build stadiums and respect and so easy to break monuments and disrespect each others’ beliefs,” he wrote.
The Ayodhya land dispute verdict was supposed to come out on September 24 but has been deferred with Supreme Court deciding to hear the plea for postponement on September 28.

Probation Dept. Cuts Lindsay Lohan a Break

Lindsay Lohan may actually skate on a failed drug test ... sources connected with the case tell TMZ.
We've learned the second test Lindsay failed showed a positive reading for Adderall, but the L.A. County Probation Department is not recommending jail time for that violation -- because there is an ambiguity in the paperwork that went from the court to the Probation Office.

The Probation Department is recommending 30 days jail time for the first failed drug test which showed a positive reading for cocaine.

Now here's where it gets interesting ... Judge Elden Fox has a couple of options on Friday.  He could sentence Lindsay on the spot to 30 days in jail for the cocaine violation ... but because of overcrowding Lindsay would be released the same day.

Judge Fox's other option is to deny her bail, throw her in jail and set a hearing that would take place 30 days later.  Under this scenario, Lindsay would not be released early -- she'd sit in jail for 30 days until her hearing.  We're told judges do this "all the time" when they want to make sure a defendant does the time.

Oksana Grigorieva Admits, Explains Use of Mel Gibson Rant; Extortion Case "Serious"

Via her attorneys, Oksana Grigorieva has, for the first time, explained the infamousMel Gibson tapes, although she denies she used them to bilk him for cash.
In the just-released transcript of an email Oksana sent Mel earlier this year, she admits she recorded him February 18 and played the tape for her lawyer.
Oksana says she did so "becouse on march 15 Michelle proposed on ur behalf not a very generous gift for our daughter and there was nothing for me."
She continues: "My lowers also told me that Tom Hansen [one of Mel's lawyers] said I wouldn get a penny ..." Sounds like money-grubbing stuff, right?
Not so, says her current attorney, Daniel Horowitz, who insists she was reluctant to play her lawyer the tape but felt threatened by Mel's legal team.
Horowitz cites this excerpt: "My lowyers warned me that ur lawyers are cabaple of false fabrication about me in the press, i.e., an unfit mother, a prostitute etc so u can have the baby and I get to go to my 'f...ing moth hole' as u told me." 
"I had no choice, after all of this I had to play one message to them."

Priyanka Chopra walks the ramp for ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ fashion show

With ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ set on near release, there is buzz all around. The actors Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor are being spotted together at a number of instances. Also creating stirs are the two intimate lip locks that Ranbir and Priyanka share in the film.
These kisses weren’t part of the script but were added in much later during the US schedule. So sensational are these lip locks that they were shot with only the cameraman, director and a light man present. The rest of the crew was asked to leave the sets.
Apparently, Shahid Kapoor is not very comfortable with these scenes as he stills shares close relationship with Priyanka and is even reported to be sending gifts to her in Brazil where she is shooting for ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’.
With so much of buzz already up before the film hits the screens, the expectation quotient is sure to be high. Check out gorgeous Priyanka Chopra as she sashays down the ramp for Manish Malhotra’s special Anjaana Anjaani fashion show.
Manish Malhotra had informed on twitter that he has not made any new collection for the Fashion Week. Since people have not yet watched the movie and Priyanka’s outfit in it, he has decided to bring the same for the most awaited fashion gala of the country.

Salman Khan returns to ‘Twitter’ with Sonakshi’s sketch of himself

Salman Khan drew sneers and criticism for his comments on 26/11 in an interview given to a Paksitan TV Channel, following which the actor extended his apology and further gave a hint at drawing back from the social networking site ‘Twitter’.
However, to his fans ecstasy, the actor has returned to ‘Twitter’ with a doubled zeal uploading photos which includes a sketch of himself made by actress Sonakshi Sinha. The sketch is the one of ‘Dabangg’ poster in which Salman is seen wearing glares with glittering heart-shaped reflections on it.
“Kamaal karte ho yaar! Thank u fr wanting me to cm bak n sorry to leave but do understand that I tweet any thing n me frnds n family panic (sic),” was Salman’s first comeback tweet.
Not to mention here that the sketch invariably drew comments with actor Neil Nitin Mukesh saying, “Its awesome! Love it already.”
In another tweet today Salman wrote, “hindu muslim sikh isahi sab hai bhai bhai. Na ladna na jhagadna bus ek doosare se pyaar karna. Hum sab saath saath hai (Hindu, Muslims, Sikhs and Christians are all brothers… they must not fight and instead love each other. We are all together)”.

Kareena Kapoor to spend her birthday with Saif sans her family though

Kareena Kapoor has special plans for her 30th birthday celebrations this year which happens to fall on September 21, Tuesday next week. She will be with her boyfriend Saif Ali Khan at Latvia in Eastern Europe busy shooting for his home production ‘Agent Vinod’ in Latvia. Kareena is there busy with hectic shooting schedule and grueling stunts and the birthday will give her a breather and some quality time with her beau. Plans have it that Kareena’s mother will fly off to join her for her special day.
Karisma cannot join them because of her baby. Before this, Kareena had missed her sister’s birthday as she was in London busy with the shoot of SRK’s ‘Ra 1’. Kareena expresses helplessness about her impossible schedules. “What can I do? I barely have time to breathe. I’ve just come to Mumbai for two days. I’ve been away for 25 days. Now I fly off to Latvia for over a month’s shooting,” said Kareena before leaving Mumbai.
Kareena has hopes pinned on the year to come. She says, “I’m now entering a new phase in my life and career. This year I hope to conquer many new peaks. By God’s grace Agent Vinod and Ra.One are shaping up very well.”

Dabangg’s ‘Zandu Balm’ in danger…

On one hand, the makers of Dabangg are rejoicing the stupendous success of the track, while on the other, they are ‘facing the music’, courtesy Emami, the makers of ‘Zandu Balm’.
“Main Zandu Balm hui, darling tere liye.” This line hasn’t been digested well with the makers of the Zandu Balm, which is a pain relief ointment. Emami has slapped a legal notice to Arbaaz Khan Productions Private Limited for using their brand’s name. The company claims that the brand name ‘Zandu Balm’ was used in the song without their permission.
The company’s counsel Ashok M Saraogi has sent a notice which reportedly says: “In the song, the name Zandu balm has been used continuously at various places. By using the brand name in the song, you have not only violated the copyright of my clients, but you have also made an attempt to defame the reputation of my clients and the product manufactured by them.”
The manufacturers of Zandu balm HAS asked the producers to either withdraw the song or delete the brand name from it.

Anjaana Anjaani is set to hit theaters on Sept 24th (next Friday). The promos look fresh as ever and the songs are a feast to the ears. Then what’s worrying Ranbir???
Well, the buzz is that, Ranbir is hoping for the film’s release to get postponed. Reason: The Allahabad High Court will give its verdict on the Babri Masjid land dispute case on 24th Sept . The case is very sensitive and has already sent the UP cops gearing up for tightened security. Ranbir feels it is unfit to release the film on such a day.. He wants the film to release a day later.
“I don’t wish to celebrate on a day when such a big decision is going to be announced,” Ranbir is quoted to have said in a media report.
However, Ranbir admits that there are too many people involved in the production and distribution of the film and therefore the release may not be postponed.

Actor Vivek Oberoi has not yet buried his past. He was recently giving promotional interviews for his upcoming film Rakta Charitra, where he was spotted, flaming with anger, over a question, asked by a reporter about Salman Khan.
It so happened that, Vivek was giving an interview, when the TV reporter suddenly asked him if he would invite Salman for his wedding. This left the actor stumped.
Buzz is that, on hearing Salman’s name, Vivek lost his cool and immediately stopped the interview. he even asked the reporter to apologize for the insensitive question. When the reporter didn’t, Vivek walked out, leaving everyone in disbelief.
Woah!!! He surely did fume with rage. Wonder when there will be peace in Bollywood…

Well the latest buzz doing the rounds is that Salman Khna has shifted his chance from Sonakshi to her brother Luv Sinha. Talking about Sonakshi, this girl had no intention to venture into films. But, Sallu miya changed her mind and idea, gave her a new look and gave her a superb start by casting her in his super hit film Dabangg. The girl has now had a dream debut.
It is learnt that, Salman has shifted his attention from Sonakshi Sinha to her bro Luv’s acting career. Interestingly, Luv made his debut this year film Sadiyaan which was a big dud at the box office.
The first step to Luv’s career would be, he joining Salmanin his gym and then along with fitness tips will come the guidance for career as well.
Hope Sallu’s magic works on Luv. :)

Anjaana Anjaani and Action Replayy run into serious trouble

The film distributors from the regions like Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, UP and Nizam have united to stop the release of ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ and ‘Action Replayy’. The Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ is set to release on September 24 and Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya starrer ‘Action Replayy’ is slated to hit theaters on November 5.


The movies are facing this trouble due to the pending money of these distributors. They have claimed that their payments for the box office failure movie ‘London Dreams’, has not been settled yet. The movie was released on October 13 and they were supposed be paid their full amount by January 2010 but it has not been reportedly paid yet.

These distributors have filed complaint against their respective associations like Raksha Entertainment, Eros International, Headstart, Vipul Shah (director of London Dreams) and PVR. The total due is claimed to be around Rs 6.5-7 crores.

Manmohan Kapur, the distributor from Delhi-UP territory was quoted saying that they purchased the film ‘London Dreams’ on an advance basis as they thought it would be a hit. But it could not do well at the box office and they asked for the remaining dues. As per the agreement, they were supposed to get the total money in three months of the release of the movie but it was never done so, said Kapur. He added that they were left with no choice but to file a complaint against the associations.

Kapur further said that these associations signed some agreements among them and freed Raksha Entertainment. As per the final agreement, the distributors should be paid either by P J Singh or by Vipul Shah. So, they are trying to go against the release of director Vipul Shah’s upcoming movie ‘Action Replayy’.

They also want to stop the release of ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ because Eros International, which is having the music and audio visual rights of the movie, also partially owned London Dreams.
Filmmaker Vipul Shah, who is also involved in this deal, was quoted saying that he has replied to the concerned associations and does not want to speak on it.
If this problem is not solved, the movie buffs will miss two big movies of the year to watch during the festive season!

Ranbir Kapoor’s latest movie ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ opposite Priyanka Chopra is set to release on September 24. The actor is definitely busy in promoting the movie and is very excited about it. However, the youngster is also in a dilemma because his parents’ movie ‘Do Dooni Chaar’ is also releasing just 15 days after his movie i.e. on October 8.


Rishi Kapoor and his beautiful wife Neetu (Singh) Kapoor will be seen together on the big screen in full fledged roles after long 30 years. Last time, the couple was seen together in the movie ‘Love Aaj Kal’, where Neetu had a cameo.

The bubbly actress of yesteryear Neetu Singh will be seen in a full-fledged role after so many years so her son Ranbir is very excited about this movie. He wanted to promote his parent’s movie as well with all his resources but destiny has decided something else for him. The 27 year old actor is divided between his own film and of his parents. He is professionally committed towards ‘Anjaana Anjaani’ and is emotionally attached to ‘Do Dooni Chaar’.

Ranbir has been planning to attend the music launch of ‘Do Dooni Chaar’ on September 26 but he is already filled with the post-production activities of ‘Anjaana Anjaani’. So it is very unsure whether he would be able to make it to the launch event.
It would be really tough for Ranbir to make a choice between his parents and his film!

Amisha Patel faces rude treatment at Kolkata Airport

Bollywood actress Amisha Patel has reportedly faced a very bad experience on her trip to Kolkata yesterday. She was in the city for some professional commitment but the actress had her worst nightmare at the Kolkata airport in the early morning.


The airport security staff reportedly mistreated her, which annoyed her very much. Amisha has written a formal letter about this incident to the head of the security staff at the Kolkata airport complaining about the incident.

An eye witness was quoted saying that Amisha was undergoing the security check at about 7 am and she had an argument with a woman at the security check. The security lady was very rude to the actress even though she remained polite. The lady threw her bag when Amisha asked to give a tray to place the bag. Amisha said she could only smile and remain polite but the lady was very ill tempered and gave the actress a piece of her mind.

Later, the actress approached the head of the security staff, who explained that how tired was the lady after working on night shifts and that’s why she turned grumpy. She was also told that the being from an army background, the security staff is rude.

Amisha had reportedly said that she would complain against the security lady and wrote about this incident and handed over it to the security guard but she has little hope of any action on it. The actress was also seen discussing the same with the airline officials, which she was travelling. These airline officials also supported her.

Hopefully the airport authority takes any action against that grumpy lady. If these people behave so rudely with celebrities then they can go to any extent while dealing with the common passengers!

Rishi and Neetu shared screen space in the movie Love Aaj Kal for a cameo. If the project of Ranbir sees the daylight, the couple will be seen together in a full fledged role after so many years. The rocking chemistry between the veteran couple can rock the audience even today. Neetu took up the cameo role in Love Aaj Kaal after a number of requests from her hubby. The veteran actress has remained away from the limelight of big screen after her marriage. Now, it may be her son, who is able to convince her to return to acting again.

Informing about the project, Rishi said that Ranbir is not doing any father-son movie. He added that Ranbir wants to carry forward the tradition of his legendary grandfather Raj Kapoor, who directed his father Prithviraj Kapoor with him.

Ranbir has already proved his acting skills by playing various kinds of roles in these few years. Now, it’s time he proves his directorial skills as well.

Actor Sunny Deol has played a role of a truck driver in the film “Gadar- Ek Prem Katha” and you all know that this film was a big hit.


Now once again audience can watch Sunny playing the role of a truck driver in producer, writer and director K.C.Bokadia’s film “Khuda Kasam”. After five years K.C.Bokadia’s film will be releasing and that is “Khuda Kasam” where apart from Sunny, Tabu, Ashish Vidyarthi, Mukesh Rishi and Govind Namdeo are also there.

Director K. C. Bokadia has directed many films like Pyar jhukta nahin, Teri Meherbaniyan, Aaj ka Arjun, Lal Badshah etc. Film “Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam” was his last film as a producer. Now we will have to see whether he will be able to bestow same sort of fine movies to the audience after so many years. We will have to wait till the release of this movie, to find out if this movie will get achievements like the films “Pyar Jhukta Nahin” and “Aaj Ka Arjun”.

The three principal players Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Vikram were to accompany Mani Ratnam to the Venice Film Festival where he is to receive the very prestigious Jaeger-LeCoultre Glory to the Filmmaker Award at the Venice Film Festival on 6th September.


But then Director proposes, Endorser disposes! It so turns out that Abhishek and Aishwarya would perforce have to opt out of accompanying Mani to the Festival for very practical reasons. One of the Festival’s sponsors is a global watch company that is in direct competition with the two watch brands that Abhishek and Aishwarya endorse.

Being brand ambassadors for Omega and Longines Abhishek and Aishawrya have no choice but to give this very important day in their favorite director’s life the miss.

Says a source close to Abhishek and Aishwarya, “They were extremely keen to accompany Mani. The award he is getting has earlier gone to the likes of Sylvester Stallone and Takeshi Kitano. Little did they know that such an unexpected road – block awaited their journey to Venice.”

Confirming these unexpected and unfortunate developments Mani Ratnam’s official spokesperson says, “Yes Abhishek and Aishwarya won’t be able to accompany Mani Sir to Venice because of their brand loyalty.”

Aamir Khan finds it difficult to Remake Films

The Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan says it is very difficult to remake a film from its original version and retain the original emotion of the movie. The actor is well known for his power packed performances and he has decimated all opposition with his string of hits. The actor said that original films are made with such emotion that you cannot simply remake them and get the same feeling out of it.


The 45-year-old actor said that when he compares the original movies with a remake, he can sense the lack of emotional commitment. According to this thinking actor, a remake can never be at-par with the original so it is doomed from the beginning.

The actor got candid with reporters at the PVR Phoenix Mill, where he was attending the screening of the movie ‘Teesri Manzil’ by Shammi Kapoor. The actor said that he ever goes ahead with a remake he will do that simply to re-live the moments of a film.

The actor maintains that everyone has their own reasons for remaking film, for Aamir the reason would be the plot, characters and the moments of the film that excite him. Aamir thinks that making a remake is like paying tribute to the original.

No Big B suits for Salman in Bigg Boss 4…

Host of the upcoming fourth season of reality show ‘Bigg Boss’, Salman Khan, has decided to go casual, in torn and ripped jeans, T-shirts and jackets.

Sallu’s sis, Alvira Agnihotri and ace designer Ashley Rebello will be designing his wardrobe.
Sources say, “Salman Khan’s dress code will be completely in opposition to his predecessor Amitabh Bachchan who loved to wear designer, but stuffy, suits on the show, making the mood very formal.”
However, Salman Khan’s idea is to make the entire show light and casual. He will even be playing with the inmates and would not remain a mute spectator like Amitabh Bachchan.
The latest and poplar buzz doing the rounds in the industry is that Salman’s ‘Bigg Boss 4’ will be aired at the same time as Amitabh Bachchan’s ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ is scheduled.
The main reason for this is said to be the fierce rivalry between the two channels—Sony and Colors. Salman Khan ditching his game show ‘Dus Ka Dum’ on Sony channel for ‘Bigg Boss’ on Colors channel may be one of the reasons too.

Aishwarya designs her own wardrobe for ‘Robot’…

Aishwarya Rai is one style diva, who leaves the onlookers ogling at her fashion styles.


It is heard that she has given a lot of inputs in designing her own dresses for her character in the film Robot or Endhiran (in Tamil).

Director Shankar acknowledges the contribution of Ash.

“Aishwarya plays a modern girl in the film, in the songs we have presented her in a never-seen avatar. I know she applied a lot of thought in designing her own wardrobe,” said Shankar.

The film is set to release on September 24. It is the most expensive film produced in India, made on a whopping budget of Rs. 190 crores.

Aamir Khan the perfectionist, has give a green signal to Salman’s much awaited film Dabangg. Aamir is one person, whose opinion everyone in the film industry, and outside it as well, values.


Aamir was bowled by Sallu’s performance in the film. Talking to the reporters, Aamir said,

“Salman ka kaam bahut umda (terrific) hai. Jo style unhonay pakdi hai, bahut hi kamaal ka kaam kiya hai. Action bahut hi kamaal hai! (Salman has done a terrific job. How he’s brought out the style in his character, he’s done a great job. Action is also very good),”

Aamir also liked newbie Sonakshi Sinha’s performance. He tagged her with the name ‘the find of the year’., which is indeed a great compliment.

They offered her a promising amount but she did not agree. She is not comfortable with cameras following her at home over a week.

The documentary is similar to the kind of one made on Shahrukh Khan titled, ‘Living With Superstar’
